一、產品特性
I Product Feature
HSD-002主要成份為高錳酸鉀，用于配合前制程將經過膨松劑軟化之膠渣進一步清除，使孔壁生成親水性，利于后制程化學銅之進行，內含特殊穩定劑，使錳酸鹽沉淀減少。
The main content of HSD-002 is potassium permanganate and is used to assist the former procedure to further remove the smear softened by sweller; it can turn the hole-wall to behydrophilic, which is beneficial for later procedure of electroless copper; it contains special stabilizer, which can reduce the deposit of manganate.

四、添加量
IV Additive Volume
每生產1000ft2補加HSD-OO2:1.5KG；NaOH:1L。
Supplement 1.5KG HSD-OO2: and 1L NaOH:for producing 1000ft2；
五、控制與維護
V Control and Maintenance
每升工作液處理500-700ft2時換缸（如有再生器，一般不需換缸）。
Change bath when each litre of working solution processes 500-700ft2 (if there is a regenerator, changing bath will not be necessary)
六、安全防護
VI Safety Protection
使用時請佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防護衣。若藥液不慎濺及皮膚、眼睛時應用大量清水清洗，嚴重者應立即就醫診治。
When using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary.. |
