HSD-003主要成份為有機(jī)酸，用以清除前制程留下之錳酸鉀，保證后制程化學(xué)銅順利進(jìn)行。
The main content of HSD-003 is organic acid, and can be used to remove potassium manganate left from the former procedure, to ensure the success of later procedure of electroless copper.

四、添加量
IV Additive Volume
每生產(chǎn)1000ft2補(bǔ)加HSD-003：5L ； H2SO4：3L。
Supplement 5L HSD-003 and 3L H2SO4 to produce 1000ft2
五、控制與維護(hù)

每升工作液處理300-400ft2時(shí)換缸
Change bath when each litre of working solution processes 300-400ft2
六、分析方法
VI Analysis Method
1、取中和劑 2ml；
1. Take 2ml neutralizer;
2、加50mlDI水，再加入2gNaHCO3。
2. Add 50ml DI water and then add 2g NaHCO3;
3、加入1ml淀粉指示劑，用0.1N I2滴定，由無(wú)色滴定至藍(lán)色30秒內(nèi)不消失。
3. Add 1ml starch indicator, and use 0.1N I2 for titration till the solution becomes blue and the color not disappear within 30s;
計(jì)算方法：
Calculation method:
HSD-003（%）=0.1×V×160%
七、安全防護(hù)
VII Safety Protection
使用時(shí)請(qǐng)佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防護(hù)衣。若藥液不慎濺及皮膚、眼睛時(shí)應(yīng)用大量清水清洗，嚴(yán)重者應(yīng)立即就醫(yī)診治。
When using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary.. |
